1. Acceptance

By using easasouthwest.com or registering for any chapter event, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Member portal access is limited to representatives of EASA Southwestern Chapter member companies, affiliate members, employees, contractors, board members, and approved event participants.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
  • You agree to enable multi-factor authentication when prompted.
  • If you are a master company administrator, you are responsible for the contacts you add to your company.
  • You will not share your account or use another person's account.

4. Events and registration

  • Event prices, schedules, and availability are subject to change. The chapter reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events.
  • Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.
  • Sponsorship tiers are subject to availability; the chapter reserves the right to limit or decline sponsorships at its discretion.
  • Any amount paid above the face value of a sponsorship tier is treated as a tax-deductible donation to the chapter (consult your tax advisor).

5. Payments

  • Online payments are processed by Square, Inc. and subject to their terms.
  • A processing fee (currently 3% for credit/debit cards, 1% capped at $10 for ACH) is added to online payments and clearly displayed before checkout.
  • Check and money-order payments are pending until received and processed by the Chapter Secretary.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to harass other members.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or any other user's account.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute the member directory or governance documents without written permission.
  • Use automated systems to register for events or sponsorships.

8. Intellectual property

The EASA name and logos are property of the Electrical Apparatus Service Association. Chapter governance documents, newsletters, and other content are property of the EASA Southwestern Chapter and may not be redistributed without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The chapter provides this service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
